Who Am I?

Who Am I?

Have you ever asked yourself this question? 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

Do you define yourself a certain way, with descriptions, labels and concepts? 😎

What comes after your “I am”?? 🤩

Your occupation? Gender? Age? Your family role? Your interests or character traits? Something else? 🤸‍♂️🤸‍♂️🤓

Have you looked at what is underneath all these things that are placed after the “I am”? The I Am itself? 🤔

The I Am is the pure being of our nature. Our essence. The Self. True nature. Consciousness. Pure awareness. Love. Everything and simultaneously nothing. A transcendence of language and concepts. It just “is.”

All the other things we define ourselves as are perceptions of the mind which don’t paint the whole picture of who we really are. These make up the human piece of our existence, which is not to be disregarded. It is part of the whole that cannot be separated. We would not be here otherwise. But I feel it’s about expanding our consciousness to be able to operate more from love and live more peacefully in this Earth form 🌀🌎🌈💖

For me, when I experience and remember my true nature (which is continual throughout life as I forget and re-remember all the time), it has shifted how I perceive myself to be and my relationship with ego self and Self. It has also changed how I relate to and interact with “others” 😬😑😁😆🙃🤩

I realised that when you peel away all the layers of mind “stuff” from each of us, underneath it all, we are all the same being. This is the commonality between us. This is what connects us to each other. All that is here, all that there is, is love. This is who is beyond the labels
