Sleep Nutrition – Part 1

I was invited onto A Quirky Journey by my dear friend, Fouad, to join him and the amazing Jo on their healthy family podcast. I’ve known Fouad for about 4 years now and he is someone who has had a very similar journey within the health and nutrition space as me, and has also come to very similar conclusions and philosophies in health and life as I have as well. He is also familiar with my sleep journey and my 4-part Sleep Nutrition series, and invited me on to discuss all things sleep.

This interview was lots of fun and there are some bloopers at the start which made it a bit more real! 🙂
