Gratitude – The Language of the Heart

Eckhart Tolle says, “If the only prayer you ever say is ‘thank you’, that will be enough.”

There is something powerful about living from a place of gratitude. Being eternally grateful and showing gratitude is like speaking the language of the heart. Gratitude is a reminder of how fortunate we are and how magnificent life is. It puts things into perspective and has the power to shift the entire state of our being; emotionally, mentally, physically, energetically, etc. A moment of stress, frustration or annoyance can transform into a state of contentment, happiness and deep appreciation for the endless things to be grateful for.

So who or what are you grateful for right now?? Bring at least 10 things into your awareness.
