Are you stressed, tired and overwhelmed? Do you find yourself caught up in the busyness of modern life?
Here is your chance to go deeper into reconnecting with yourself, grounding, slowing down and coming back to your most natural, peaceful state.
I offer private one-on-one and small group sessions for the following practices in Sutherland Shire and Oatley locations. Depending on the context, I may be able to accommodate home visits or facilitate in other areas or spaces.
All sessions are tailored to the needs of each individual or small group and are available as one-off or multiple sessions, as required.
These sessions are available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Appointment times vary week to week, as per availability of the space, and usually run for 1-2 hours, based on your preference or requirements.
Rates are $120 per hour, including space hire.

YIN YOGA – Yin Yoga is a slow, floor-based style of yoga, where each pose is held for longer periods, usually from 3-5 minutes.
Yin is designed to penetrate the connective tissues as well as enliven the flow of energy throughout the body, affecting each of the meridian channels. Yin is highly beneficial for organ health as well as overall health.
Some of the key aspects of the Yin practice that Lucy facilitates are breath, mindfulness, self awareness and presence. The more we practice, the more we are able to relate to ourselves and others from a conscious, present and peaceful way.
You will be guided through a Yin sequence based on your needs.
MEDITATION – Meditation is a powerful practice that is a progressive quietening and calming of the mind through stillness. It is one of the most effective ways to manage stress and overwhelm.
You will be taken through a guided meditation as well as learning different techniques to use at home. This may also include a breath practice, as needed.
SOUND HEALING – Sound healing has been used for many thousands of years as a traditional form of healing. More recently it has become an alternative medicine for stress, sleep disorders and anxiety.
I intuitively facilitate a powerful healing experience using many different sound instruments, including Native American Flute, RAV Vast drum, crystal sound bowls, Kalimba and more.
All these practices will leave you feeling calm, grounded , light and peaceful.
